Dusty Taylor, B.A., Life Coach Consultant

Dusty Taylor received her B.A. in English from CSU Chico.  She is currently a free lance writer for several publications and teaches reading development.  She has a TEFL Certificate and  is a NESTA certified Life Coach.  She enjoys Life Coaching to help others meet their goals as she strives to meet her own.

Dr. Judy Brislain, Ed.D., Clinical Director

Dr. Brislain earned her doctorate in Educational and Counseling Psychology at the University of the Pacific.  She holds several education credentials which include administrative, secondary, learning handicapped, and pupil personnel services.  She is California State Board Licensed in Educational Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy.  Dr. Brislain has been honored as the Athena Business and Professional Woman of the Year, has served as Chair of the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences and  has been elected to Who’s Who In America.

P. David Graham, M.A., Diagnostic Coordinator

P. David Graham, M.A., earned his Masters in Psychology at the University of Detroit.  His broad clinical training emphasized family systems and individual therapy, as well as individual psychological testing and assessment. Mr. Graham is California State Board Licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a trained EEG Biofeedback clinician.

Bob Wright, B.A., Clinician, Education Coordinator

Bob Wright earned his B.A. from CSU Dominguez Hills. He received his Teaching Credential in 1975.  He loves working with people of all ages.  He has coached a variety of sport s activities and has worked with numerous youth groups in the community.  Bob has been with BLC for seven years.

Mike St. John, B.A., Math Specialist, Intern Clinician

Mike St. John received his B.A. from UC Santa Barbara. He spent 11 years with the U.S. Army and is a former high school Math teacher.  He received his Single Subject Teaching Credential in Mathematics from CSU Chico and has also studied with the Defense Language Institute  focusing on the Russian language .
